Patisserie Française Shirase Main Store

Pastries
Patisserie Francaise Shirase is a Western-style confectionary that has been in business in the city of Ise for over 50 years. Its most famous product is a Baumkuchen, named Jingu Sugi (Shrine Cedar), inspired by the cedars around Ise Jingu Shrine, and baked one at a time. This cake was awarded the Prime Minister's Prize at the 19th Confectionary Expo. Due to its deep connection with Ise Jingu Shrine, this cake is a popular gift for family celebrations and landmark birthday festivities. The shop also sells other cakes, pies, cookies, and other baked goods, all made with the finest ingredients.
