This commercial complex is directly connected to Toba Station and can be reached by a two-minute walk. The first and second floors are shopping areas, and the third floor has different restaurants. The shop area is lined with fresh fish stores that have rows of freshly caught seafood, stores to buy Iseshima confections such as Akafuku, and shops for Ise's specialty pearl work. In the restaurant area, you can enjoy various kinds of menu items such as the Toba City-certified to-burger, local Ise udon noodles, hand-kneaded sushi, baked shellfish, and isooke (seafood harvesting bucket) set meals. In addition, at the Toba Ichiban Tabi concierge on the first floor, they also rent bicycles for convenient sightseeing.

観光地にある土産店と食事処が入居しているヒルなので年中無休と勝手に思い込んでいたら木曜日に訪問すると定休日の掲示が入口にあり閉館になっていました（添付写真参照）。木曜日に鳥羽エリアを旅行される方この点留意する必要があります。
見どころたくさんのビルでした。

近鉄鳥羽駅の前にあるお土産店と飲食店が入ったビルです。1階2階はお土産や、真珠専門店などが入っており、3階はレストラン街です。3階にはオープンになっている展望室があり、鳥羽湾を見ながらゆっくり休憩ができ、展望室の横のスペースでは無料で鳥羽の写真家の写真展が開催されていました。各階見所などあり、買い物に休憩に楽しめました。

昔からある古いビルです。もっと廃れてきてるかも…と心配しましたが時期的に観光客の方がたくさんいらっしゃいました。なかなか鳥羽に行くことがないので普段使いできるパールを購入しました。こちらでは、デパートでも置いてあるレベルのものから少し傷や形がまん丸ではなくても使える物まで幅広く扱ってます。ですのでパールはきちんと目を養ってから買うのがいいでしょう。行った頃はこのビルで購入金額が5000円...
