すきやき、しゃぶしゃぶもありますが、松阪牛を堪能するならばやっぱりステーキ。そのステーキの専門店です。ロースかヒレか、何グラムか。注文は極めてシンプル、付け合わせもシンプルで、素直に肉のおいしさを味わえる一皿です。松阪牛の証明書のような手作りのカードもついていました。
