This shop near Kintetsu Yokkaichi Station has great tonteki (pork steak), a local Yokkaichi favorite. It's their most popular dish, with a thick cut of soft, odorless, corn-fed pork loin roasted with garlic and lard, then smothered with their house sauce and served with a heaping side of cabbage. You can request extra sauce and garlic when ordering. Their ramen noodles are of medium thickness, chewy and glossy, and go great with their broth made from long-simmered pork and lots of back fat. Their juicy gyoza dumplings are available for takeout.

夕食で利用しました。四日市駅からの距離は、意外と近い感じがしました。お肉はちょっと固めで、歯ごたえ感じます。キャベツの盛りも最初から山もり。キャベツと肉とソース絡めて食べると箸がすすみます。おかわりのキャベツでおなかいっぱいになりました。客層は若い人が多めでした。

トンテキが大好きで昔行ってた店が潰れてしまって、新しい店を開拓したくて訪れました。ニンニクがガツンと入っており甘辛だれもマッチしてて止まりませんでした^_^丼やラーメンも旨そうだったので三重に行ったら通いたいと思います

年に１、2回は仕事で四日市に来て、その度にこの店に入ります。いつもトンテキ定食ですが、今回は、ニンニク抜きにしてみました。あっさりしていて、これもよかった。
