This roadside station is divided into two facilities. The southern facility is a tourist information center offering information on Yamanashi and neighboring prefectures, road conditions in the Kanto area, and more. The northern facility offers souvenirs and local specialties. The station is equipped with CHAdeMO rapid chargers for electric vehicles.

小さな道の駅で、僅かな観光案内くらいしかありません。道路を挟んで向かい側に果物の直売所があるので、これを含めて道の駅と考えた方がいいかもしれません。観光情報と一緒に、ご当地マンホールが展示されていました。道の駅にマンホールがあるのは珍しいですね。
解り難い道の駅ですが、空いています。。。

中部横断道のICを出て、この道の駅、割合わかりづらいし、うっかりすると東リ越してしまいます。ここは、自販機しかありませんが、駐車場はすいています。ここから。富士山は、高速道のしたにみえますが、写真を撮る人はいません。道路橋を越えてい東側に歩いていき、桃の花の畑の先に、富士山が見えました。
道の駅しらねで休憩するのみ。。。

初めて、中部横断自動車道で、この道の駅を利用する。トイレ休憩、周りは、山梨の葡萄などのハウスがある感じであり、近くのJAの販売所を利用されたし。南アルプス市の美術館方面に行きましたが、この周辺は、観光施設はあまりなく、スマホで、甲府市内の印伝美術館まで、かなり時間をかけていきました。白根三山から名前を付けたのでしょう。
