Eating at this ramen shop, amongst Yamanashi's most famous, often requires waiting in line. In addition to ramen, the shop also offers authentic tsukemen (dipping noodles). Their rich pork bone and seafood dipping sauce clings to their thick-cut noodles, creating an elegant flavor that's delicious to the last bite. The shop's ramen and roast pork on rice are also very popular.

ラインで予約したのですが、朝の時点で15時のみ。早めに伺うと30分ほど早めてくれました。つけ麺中味玉にしました。塩を振りかけてもらい麺を食べると、モチモチ感がすごく、麺がお美味しー！浸けダレも濃厚魚介系で好きなヤツ！中に入っているチャーシューもサイコーですね！味玉は中トロトロ。最後にスープ割りで締めました。コチラも料亭風のカウンターのみで満足感倍増でした！

中華蕎麦うゑず、もちろん美味しいです。ただ、行列がすごいことになってきた。昔も確かに並んだ。しかし、今は開店前かなり早い時間から行列。それさへなければ… 午前11時から通しでやっているのだが、いったいいつがすくのだろう。つけ麺ファンが多いが、中華そばも侮れない。今後更に行列が増えたら、さすがにもう行けないよ-
