Koshu Hoto Kosaku (Futaba Bypass Restaurant)
This hoto noodle chain operates 10 restaurants in Yamanashi and Nagano prefecture. In addition to hoto noodles, a popular regional dish, their menu also includes a number of Yamanashi delicacies such as tori motsuni (boiled chicken giblets), horse sashimi, and nigai (boiled abalone). Their most popular type of hoto noodles are their pumpkin hoto noodles. The natural sweetness of pumpkin that fills your mouth warms both body and mind.
