Kobayashi Soba Main Restaurant信州松本 手打ちそば こばやし 本店
A long-standing soba noodle restaurant established at the end of the Meiji period. Here you can enjoy ni-hachi soba noodles made with 80% domestic buckwheat flour and 20% wheat flour. The restaurant also serves other local Nagano cuisine like soba kaiseki course cuisine, basashi horse meat sashimi, and wasabi-zuke pickles. This famous establishment has been popular with locals for ages and is also visited by many tourists.
