The restaurant serves Nagano's famous buckwheat soba noodles, tofu steaks, cutlets, and miso-coated dengaku, all made with tofu produced in their own factory. They have accommodation as well, and many tourists visit.

R１５３号線沿いの森の駅です！

R１５３号線には稲武や浪合に道の駅はありますが、森の駅は他にはありません。しかし森の駅といっても、道の駅と同じように、地域の産物を中心に販売しています。たい焼きやソフトクリーム、そして豆腐等がおいしいですね。時期的にも店内には、飾り雛やお雛様も展示してあり賑やかな様子でした。

たいやきカフェがありました。早速ご賞味。秋のスペシャルは栗入りです。焼きたてのたいやきは熱々、外はかりっと中はもっちりした感じ。やはり焼きたてはおいしいです。色づき始めた庭の木々を眺めながらたい焼きとコーヒーでほっこりひと息つきました。
ここで販売されている豆腐が美味しい！

R１５３号線の飯田から稲武方面に向かう途中にありますので、丁度休憩に良い場所です。ここで販売しています豆腐が美味しく立ち寄った時には良く買って帰ります。やはり水が良い証拠ですね。又ソフトクリームも販売していますので、これからの季節には良いでしょう。
