持ち帰り蕎麦を公園で食べました。美味しい。特に美味しかったのは生山葵。よく見てなかったけど、生蕎麦とワサビの持ち帰りもやってたら嬉しいなー。コロナが憎い。
戸隠そば！

独特のもっちり感のあるそばでした。ざるそばはシャキッと、麺つゆは鰹出汁の食べやすいオーソドックスな感じでした。冬季限定の豚そば、鳥そば、限定の玄そばなどがあります。また山菜の時期に天ぷら付きを食べに行きたいですね。
予想以上にボリュームある蕎麦

戸隠に来たならば「戸隠そばを食して帰らないと」と意気込んでましたが、人気店うずら家が蕎麦売り切れだったので、諦めて帰っている途中に見つけたお店でした。山菜そば膳なるものを注文しましたが、男性でも十分お腹いっぱいになる量でした。戸隠そばはもちろん、蕎麦饅頭まで頂けて大満足。値段に見合う満足度でしたよ。
