Roadside Station Rasten Horado Bussankan
Roadside Station Rasten Horado Bussankan is located 20 minutes by car from the Mino Interchange on the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway. It is easily identified by its monument to kiwi fruit, which is one of the area’s famous local products. The main building looks like an old-style mountain pass tea house. On the first floor is a cafe and a souvenir shop, where visitors can buy a wide variety of local products, including kiwi rice crackers, kiwi wine, and Horado miso, among other things, and the high-quality forest water that the city of Seki is world-famous for. The sweet-sour flavor of the kiwi sherbet served in the cafe is habit forming and highly regarded. On the second floor is a rest area containing an 80-inch multivision screen, which displays sightseeing and other information in real time.
