In the central Center House, there is a river information room that serves as a base for flood-fighting activities, meeting and training rooms that can be used for conferences, gatherings and light sports, and a training room with adjoining changing and shower rooms. At the river, there is an area where you can go canoeing and practice rowing, and the grass plaza is suitable for exercising and can even be used for ground golf.
