A bakery and café owned and operated by Fuji Baking Retail Store, a large bread company. The shop’s name means “artisan” in Italian. As its name implies, the shop takes pride in breads baked with loving care by baking artisans. Particularly recommended are the shop’s French breads baked in a brick oven. Here you’ll find an array of select breads, such as baguettes crafted to maximize the flavor of the wheat flour used; and the “Levain Campagne,” made with French flour and stone milled whole wheat flour. Customers can also enjoy fresh-baked bread on the spot in the bakery’s café area.

モーニングはパンの食べ放題カットされてバケットに盛られ出されるので 1回に6種類くらい食べ比べが出来るしどれも美味しいオーブンが有り焼き立てに近いのがその場で食べれる難点はパンが選べない

目の前で焼き立てパンが窯から出てくる瞬間に立ち会えたら本当に幸せ。小麦の、バターの香りに思わずおなかもクーッ。パンは多分人それぞれに好みがあるのでしょうが、私は食パンをお勧めします。夏の日盛り、塩分もと考えるなら、ほんのりしょっぱい塩パンをどうぞ。

モーニングタイムに伺いました。バンの棚は数種類のみ。時間が早すぎたようです。モーニングの食パンもありましたが、単品で、オニオンパンとソーセージパン、コーヒーを購入。コーヒーはきちんとした陶器に淹れてくださいました。パンは焼きたての冷めたて。特にオニオンパンが美味しかったです。
