The restaurant's main shop is located past the Iseohmachi crossing on National Route 415 heading from JR Himi Station. With a stated goal of getting people to eat lots of delicious Himi beef, every item on their menu, which includes yakiniku (Japanese-style barbeque), steaks, and Hamburg steaks, was arranged to best bring out the flavor of Himi beef. In particular, their steak-don (steak served on rice) and beef curry are popular ways to casually enjoy Himi beef. Their take out menu features items you would expect from a restaurant operated by a butcher shop, such as croquettes and mince meat cutlets.

氷見牛専門店、平日の昼11時30分に予約して訪問。氷見三昧御膳をいただきました。カルビとロース、豚肉ととりにく、ご飯サラダはおかわり自由、味噌汁に温玉、コーヒーゼリーとコーヒー。肉は多いくらいだが、やはり昼に3,000円は高いかな。それでも12時回ると満席になりました。地域共通クーポンが使えたのでよかったです。

県外ではなかなか食べられない氷見牛、サーロインのちょうどよい脂がのってて、柔らかくておいしかったです。またチャンスがあればね。
