Masuzushi Norimasa Honpo
This trout sushi specialty shop located between the Toyama City Tram Line's Nishimachi and Kamihonmachi stations uses only the highest quality ingredients. For their sushi rice, they use Koshihikari rice grown in Toyama Prefecture. For the salt used to enhance the flavor of the sushi, they use Mongolian rock salt. Their soup stock is made with Rausu konbu seaweed from Hokkaido, which contains more umami than regular konbu. Their filling, thick-cut trout has a pleasantly soft texture. Taste of the flavorful trout fat so abundant that it soaks into the sushi rice. Customers can choose between single and double-layered trout sushi.
