"A ryotei traditional restaurant serving Kaga cuisine situated along National Route 359 in Kanazawa. Dedicated to using fresh ingredients raised in the lush, natural environment of Kanazawa, the appeal of the restaurant's cuisine is its unique fusion of tradition and innovation. The restaurant offers three lunches and three dinner course meals whose content and even tableware differs depending on the season. Other menu selections include a sashimi assortment and ""Jibu Steak,"" a unique take on traditional regional jibuni duck meat stew. In April, the restaurant serves a women-only ""Ohanami Gozen"" flower viewing meal which is even more visually appealing and cute than usual. The ""Hanakago Gozen,"" also only offered to women, is limited to 30 customers a day."
