"A French and Italian restaurant located in a forest on the grounds of the Shika-no-Sato Resort. Dedicated to local production for local consumption, the restaurant serves dishes made with an abundance of fresh local produce and delicious local seafood selected personally by the owner in the market. The restaurant's pastas made with seasonal ingredients are particularly recommended and one of the standout favorites is the ""Unibonara"" -springy al dente pasta covered with a rice sea urchin sauce. The lunch menu consists of course dishes only, while dinner is both course and a la carte dishes. For both lunch and dinner, the entire restaurant is non-smoking."

親に勧められて行ってみました。何となく行ったんですが期待を越えた美味しさで感動しました。イワシのパスタなどもまさか缶詰じゃないとは思わず。これでこの値段かとコストパフォーマンス高いです。
洗練されたイタリアンに舌鼓。土日は予約必須です。

平日の昼にランチで訪問。前菜、パン、プチスープ、パスタ、デザート、コーヒーのセットですが、いずれもシェフの「美味しいものを出したい」といった想いの感じられる良質な品々。帰りにすぐ次の日曜を予約しました。麻布、青山、白金界隈でも、あのレベルの味にはなかなかお目にかかれません。今度はぜひ夜に行こう。
おもしろいメニューがありました

昼食が重かったので、アラカルトでいただきました。砂肝のコンフィとかブリのカルパッチョとかおもしろいお料理がありました。ブリはおいしかったのですが、ちょっと脂がのりすぎかな。パスタ、ピザはふつう。こんどは腹ペコで。
