Striving to provide customers with products that feel like a bargain and taste delicious, the shop sells seasonal seafood as well as dried fish and sushi. Particularly focusing on shrimp, crab, and Japanese amberjack, the shop's cases are only filled seafood at its most delicious period in the season. Northern shrimp, in particular, is known as the ""jewel of the Sea of Japan,"" and the owner recommends the whole dried northern shrimp and whole dried northern shrimp with roe. Only the freshest just-caught northern shrimp are washed with underground spring water from Mt. Hakusan and dried with natural salt."
