The establishment stocks its ingredients fresh each morning from the Omi-cho Market, known as the ""kitchen of Kanazawa."" The establishment also offers around 40 distinctly Kanazawa-style oden dishes at any given time, including awabu (steamed wheat gluten mixed with millet), rock octopus, and banjugai clams. The establishment carries an abundant selection of local liquors, including several varieties of local Tengumai sake, such as ginjo and kizake pure sake varieties."

Very good place for fresh sea food. I especially like the crab and the sweet shrimps...Service is ok and fast. Restaurant is crowded at lunch time during week end.
