"A Japanese restaurant located in the Yanagida area on the Noto Peninsula. The only part of Noto not adjoining the sea, Yanagida developed a unique style of cuisine different from the surrounding region. The restaurant serves a variety of seasonal dishes made with edible wild plants, river fish, mushrooms, and pheasant. The ""Noto-don"" rice bowl, topped with rare Noto beef raised in the region, is particularly popular. The restaurant takes thin slices of A3 rank and higher Noto beef and sears it lightly with a flame, garnishing it with wasabi and chrysanthemum flowers served over rice."

能登牛の能登丼がめちゃおいしい

能登牛を使った能登丼なら、竹次郎さんの「能登和牛炙り丼」が、能登で一番美味しいと思います。たんぽぽの花？がのっていて見た目もおしゃれで、味もとても美味しいです。人気店なので、能登丼を食べたければ事前予約した方が確実だと思います。店内も綺麗で、地元客に愛されていると思いました。
脂がのっている

能登牛のあぶり丼をいただきました。ほどほどに脂がのっていて、脂身好きではない私でもおいしくいただくことができました。店内は清潔感があって広々していて気持ちがよかったです。置き？コーヒーチケットがたくさん壁にかかっていて、近所の常連さんも多いのだろうなと感じました。

割烹ほど高級でなく居酒屋ほどくだけない、ほどほどの和食屋さんです。大人数や数人での宴会も大丈夫、お昼のランチも安くはないですがオススメです。
