Pastries
A Noto-based Vietnamese confectionary shop. A Japanese-Vietnamese husband and wife are the shop's patissiers. Inside, the shop's showcases are filled with Western-style confectionaries created by the Japanese husband and Vietnamese-style confectionaries created by the Vietnamese wife. One of the most popular Western-style confections is the shop's moist baumkuchen. Particularly popular Vietnamese-style sweets include the mooncakes and the durian manju steamed buns. The shop also sells spices and seasonings for use in Vietnamese cooking. Another popular sweet sold by the shop is a collaboration combining a baumkuchen with a showy, flower-shaped Vietnamese jelly in the hole in the center.
