どんなに大雪が降っていても寒くても福井の人は冷たいそばを食べるんだそうです。契約農家が栽培したそば粉を使用した越前そば。おろしにネギ、鰹節をたっぷりかけて頂きます。この日はソースカツ丼もセットで頂きました。こちらは甘辛のたれに、程よい厚さのお肉。美味しゅうございました。

越前そばの試食体験ができるとのことで訪問した。軽く一口が美味しく、そばなどの土産が沢山あり店内を見て回って、庭を見ながらの抹茶セットを頂きました。食事もできるようです。
