Uotake
Natural hot springs each of which is along the ocean for an impeccable view, and a separate highly-praised restaurant “Uotake” which uses the finest sea ingredients. Accessible enough for day trips, allowing you to taste the fresh bounty of the Sea of Japan at a reasonable price. They have plentiful dishes, from set meals to don bowls, crab cuisine, sashimi, and a la carte items. It’s great for a pit stop during a drive, too.
