Towada-Hachimantai National Park Hachimantai Summit Trekking Course

These mountains, with an elevation of 1614 meters, are located in Towada-Hachimantai National Park in Kazuno City, Akita Prefecture. Visitors can enjoy many lakes and wetlands, and alpine plants. Also, from the lookout and the Hachimantai Summit overlooking three prefectures, visitors can view the scenery changing in the seasons. There is a trekking course and the area is visited by many mountain climbers.
