焼きそばの概念は人それぞれだから一概には言えませんが…B級グルメと言うだけあって、やっぱりB級でした。お店は昭和の匂いがするお店ですね。BGMはど演歌バンバン流れていて、ちょっと耳障り。

県南に向かった際、久しぶりに横手焼きそばを食べたくなり訪問しました。夜は居酒屋さんですがお昼にランチで利用、メニューはほぼ横手焼きそばのみ、牛バラ肉付きのものでお願いしました。横手焼きそばの良さはやっぱり目玉焼き、半熟の加減が絶妙。薄めのソースと絡み美味しかったです。
