赤煉瓦の旧盛岡銀行の向かいにある、複合施設です。一階が物産店、二階には観光案内所もあります。二階は広々として、歩くのに疲れたら腰を下ろして休憩することもできます。観光地や催し物の広報物が並んでいます。
1Fにある物産屋さんは道の駅のお店のような感じ

もりおか啄木賢治青春館と赤煉瓦館の間にある複合施設です。観光センターくらいしか観光客に関係ありそうな施設は入っていませんが、1Fにある物産屋さんは道の駅のお店のような感じで地元の野菜、果物を販売しており、リンゴの試食もできて良かったです。
