Michi no Eki Road Station

This roadside station is located along National Route 45. In Noda Farmer's Market Purple, besides fresh seasonal marine and agricultural products, they also sell processed goods such as Shidami Dango (sweet acorn paste-filled dumplings). The available rest space makes it a place visited by local residents and many tourists looking to purchase souvenirs.

Reviewed:2015/11/30 The best ice cream Ive ever had with natural salt flavor!
NODA is famous for natural sea salt, and salt flavored ice cream is available there, which is just amazing! So simple, nothing special is added but just salt makes the ice cream so mild, thick, salty...

A northern Tohoku prefecture promising peace and quiet, Iwate is sparsely populated, replacing people with snow-capped mountains, history-rich sites, and fields of crops that are to thank for the region's delicious local cuisine. Meander along the three-city Golden Route, where you'll visit the grand Buddhist temples of Hiraizumi and the Tono folk villages before tasting the three famed noodle dishes of Morioka.
