Roadside Station Oritsume is located along Iwate Prefectural Route 22, along the Karumai-Kunohe Line Road. It sells sweet tea, mountain grape juice, and other special products of the village of Kunohe. Visitors can also try regional cuisine, including the Hittsumi Prix Fixe Dinner, which uses young local chicken. Since this roadside station affords a panorama of the prefectural nature park and other sights, many tourists use it as a viewing spot.

八戸自動車道から降りてすぐです。料金も据え置き措置が使えます。鶏肉が売りのようです。キングオブチキンと謳ったＴシャツも売っていました。

小さな道の駅ですがキレイな建物でした。地元で採れる新鮮な野菜や山菜、特産品などがとても安く売っていました。

今日は角館観光の後に八戸に宿泊して翌日観光をするために、八戸市内のホテルに行く途中に八戸自動車道を走行していましたが、高速上にはパーキングがなく道の駅の看板があったので高速を降りてトイレ休憩と小腹を満たすために寄りました。道の駅おりつめとオトデ館の表示がありました。結構広くて地元の食材やお茶等多彩に取り揃えていて、無料のお茶を御馳走になり美味しかったです。時間も切迫していたのでパンやおむすびや焼き...
