Roadside Station Tanohata道の駅 たのはた
Roadside Station Tanohata is located in the village of Tanohata in Shimohei County, Iwate Prefecture. It is located in a community park near Shii Ohashi Bridge and sells fresh vegetables, dengaku (vegetables grilled with miso), and kushi-mochi (rice cakes on a skewer). Visitors can also try ice cream or yogurt drinks made with locally produced milk. Families particularly like stopping here, due to the grassy lawn, playground equipment, and walking paths on the property.
