This specialty shop preserves the succulent flavors of Sendai's traditional beef tongue. Painstakingly seasoned one piece at a time, the matured, thick sliced beef tongue goes well with barley rice. Other dishes include a la carte items made with seasonal ingredients, mild flavored oxtail soup, and colorful and creative seasonal fare. They also offer local sake. The composed interior has 58 seats including floor tatami seating, counter seating, and semi-private rooms with sunken table seating.

ぐるなびのポイントがあったので、GoToイートをしたくて、予約してこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。やっぱり安定の美味しさで、家では食べられない牛タンの柔らかさでした。

10月1日、近くのホテルに宿泊し、一品またはソフトドリンク一杯無料券持って、夕食時にお邪魔です。仙台では有名な利久さん。いつも混んでるんですが、今日は10月1日！消費税増税日！なんとラッキーなことにガラガラ！ガラガラすぎて落ち着きません！ちょっと奮発して極み牛タン焼、美味しかったです。5％戻ってくるし、お徳なので、行くなら今がチャンスですよ！

仙台に行くといつも寄ります。ヘルシー定食が多いのですが、こんかは岩沼店限定の特別定食があったので、それにしてみました。牛たん焼きと牛たん入りミートローフと牛たんロースト、サラダ、麦飯とテールスープのセットです。これにとろろを追加オーダー。満腹でした。牛たん4切れに加えてミートローフとロースト。いろいろ食べて楽しい。少食な方には多すぎるかも。お子様ランチみたいに彩りもきれいでわくわくするプレー...
