Roadside Station Karamushiori no sato Showa
A roadside station frequently visited by tourists standing along National Route 400. The Orihime Koryukan sells karamushi-ori textiles, a local specialty craft, and visitors can also try making it themselves. There's also the Karamushi Kogei Hakubutsukan, a paid museum dedicated to this craft. The station's restaurant serves seiro soba noodles made with locally grown buckwheat.
