A ramen restaurant located in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. The restaurant's name is derived from the fact that it was originally established as a dairy company. Popular menu choices include the Aizu Ramen, which comes with extra thick noodles; and the Milk Miso Ramen made with real milk. The sauce katsudon breaded cutlet rice bowl, topped with a secret sauce which has been continuously added to for generations, is also a favorite. In addition, the restaurant has ramen and katsudon set meals.

平日の11:20店に着いた時はもう5組待ちでした。20分程待って入店。店の入口にTripAdvisorのステッカーが貼ってあります。
定番の「牛乳屋ミニセット」喜多方ラーメンとミニソースカツ丼に牛乳の付くセットを頂きましたが、注文時にラーメンのスープ(醤油、塩、味噌)、麺(中太、極太)、牛乳(白、フルーツオレ、カフェオレ)を選びます。ラーメンの麺は美味しかったですがスープは普通、カツ丼のカツは肉厚...

お昼時は混雑するので、時間をずらして13時過ぎに行き、すんなり入れました。ラーメンのランチセットにフルーツ牛乳がセットになっていました。子供が大喜びでした。

国道から少し入った場所とはいえ、会津若松市街地からはかなり離れています。
ランチタイムもそろそろ終わり、という時間に行ったのですが、入店まで少し待ちました。
ここが会津のソースかつ丼の元祖のお店だそうですが、喜多方ラーメンもあり値段も良心的でした。
