岩盤浴セットのコースを選び入場。まずは専用の浴衣に着替え岩盤浴のある二階へ、体の芯まで温まりじっくり睡眠。次は天然温泉のエリアに移動、大型のサウナで整い、間に宮沢湖を見おろせる露天風呂につかる、なんとも贅沢な一時。〆は館内の飲食店へ、湖畔を眺められるテーブルに座り、大型の海老天丼を完食。癒しの時間を堪能！
