It serves cuisine made using rice and vegetables grown by the restaurant owners using organic methods, with no pesticides or chemical fertilizers used, and fertilized eggs from free-range chickens, etc. The menu includes four “Jiroemu Set Meals” that vary in price depending on the number of dishes included. Diners can enjoy meals that include miso soup made using miso from Jiroemu’s own malted rice, omelet made from fertilized eggs, and rice with a lustrous texture that has been cooked in a cauldron.

始めて南房総に旅行に行ったときに、来店しました。完全予約制のレストランで、茅葺屋根の伝統ある民家で食事を楽しめます。こんにゃく、豆腐料理、卵料理、お漬物があり、特にショウガのお漬物は絶品でした。

1泊2日旅行のお昼ご飯はとかくせわしなく食べることが多いのですが、今回は裏庭のニワトリの鳴き声を聞きながら、ニワトリのウインナーや庭でとれた野菜など美味しく頂けました。座敷が取れなかったので、テーブル席でしたので今度はぜひ座敷でお酒と一緒にいたが来たいと思います。

テレビで見て恋人も行ってきました。懐かしい感じで、ご飯もとても美味しかったです。実家に帰ってきた感じがしました。お土産もいただき、そちらも美味しくいただきました！
