Huitre

Huitre is a tavern located about a three-minute walk from Shiyakusho-Mae Station in Shinden-cho, Chuo-ku in the city of Chiba. Diners enjoy creative cuisine paired with carefully selected wine, and oysters, sent directly from all over Japan, are available throughout the year. Customers can enjoy raw oysters, oysters cooked in the shell, and steamed oysters, and oysters prepared with a variety of other cooking methods. There is even a hut where customers can cook and eat oysters on their own.
