Sawanoi Mamagotoya

A tofu and yuba tofu skin restaurant situated along National Route 411 in Sawai 2-Chome, Ome City. Owned and operated by Ozawa Brewery, which makes the Sawanoi sake brand, here customers can enjoy traditional kaiseki course cuisine made with the same superb water used to craft Sawanoi, and tofu and yuba made daily by hand using choice domestic soybeans. The restaurant also serves the brewery's exquisite sakes.
