Hot Spring / Hot Spring Bath

A hot spring bath facility on Mt. Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture. In addition to a large bath, Yurinosato has two outdoor baths, each of which offers a different but spectacular view of Mt. Tsukuba. Which outdoor bath is the men's and which is the women's changes daily and can be checked on the bathhouse' website. Yurinosato also offers massages and foot care. In the bathhouse' restaurant, operated by JA Yasato, you can enjoy dishes made with local ingredients. The adjoining local specialty shop sells fresh vegetables from area farms and other goods.

筑波山から下山して温泉を探したら車で20分くらいで筑波山周辺よりも若干安価だったので行ってみました。
露天風呂は入る時に熱く感じましたが、入ればずっと入浴できるくらいの適温。
風呂はなかなかでしたが、物産売場が隣接してますが、そそるものがなかったです。

茨城県フラワーパークに行った帰りに、移動に利用したバス(石岡ぐるりん)が通ることもあり、立ち寄りました。
ここまで可も不可もなく特徴がない温泉も珍しかったです。
一応天然温泉ではあるのですが、単なる沸かし湯とあまり変わらない単純泉です。
露天風呂に敷地は広いものの、筑波山が見える方面とは真逆の平地側にあり、展望がいまいちでした。(冬場の季節風を考えればよいのかもしれませんが)

ぶつぶつ独り言を言い、「じろじろ見るな」と難癖をつけて周囲に怒鳴っていたお客さんがいました 常連さんのようです お店の方は誠意ある対応をされていましたが、非常に怖い思いをしました 皆さま、ご注意を。
