Potstickers / Steamed Dumpling

The Gyoten-do restaurant is a dumpling specialty shop popular for dumplings made with a chewy dough wrapped around delicious meat. Fried as well as soup dumplings are also available. You can choose the number of dumplings you want to eat when you order to satisfy you if you just want a snack or are really hungry. The sauce uses a light soy sauce produced in Kyoto mixed with domestic black vinegar.

The staff is totally not friendly to foreigners. We asked one staff to change seats and she said ok. After that another waitress came to us and blame us do not change seats without notice.

Tiny (maybe 12 seats?) little place just South of the West Exit....cold beer and great gyoza. Good food and an authentic feeling restaurant. Dont expect to be able to linger if you are not...

宇都宮に行ったので、ぎょうざを食べたくこちらのお店に伺いました。
ふつうの餃子よりは丸いかんじで、焼きはマヨネーズといちみでいただきました。おいしかったです。
