温泉で蒸したうなぎを焼いたうな重が食べられます。うなぎはフワッフワ。量も十分。タレは甘さを抑えたもので、いままで食べた蒲焼きのタレの中で一番いい！と思えたほどです。いやあ、とにかく美味い。また機会があったら食べたいです。あ、あとヤマメの塩焼きもうまかったです。

四万温泉の川魚料理店。入ると「おすすめはうな重です！」と言われます。こちらのうなぎは蒸す時に温泉の湯けむりを使うらしく、身が柔らかいとの評判です。さてお味は。特別柔らかいとは感じませんでしたが、普通に美味しいです。ご飯の量が多いのでちょっともたれますが…

温泉の熱で蒸しているという鰻。ふっくらした食感かと思いきや⁈香ばしさもあり、また、東京の甘めのタレとは異なり、甘さ控え目のタレが美味しく、完食！
