Ikaho Rotenburo (Ikaho Outdoor Bath)

Located in Ikaho Town, Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture, Ikaho Rotenburo is a public outdoor bath fed with spring water directly from the source. The dark brown water is said to be good for female disorders and has therefore been praised by women to be the “water of childbirth”. The large round tub is divided in half. One side is full of hot water and the other side warm water. In autumn it’s a wonderful place to enjoy the beautifully colored leaves.

伊香保の急な階段を登り切ったところを右に曲がれば、この伊香保露天風呂があります。更衣室はなく、風呂の前にロッカーがあります。湯船はあまり大きくはありませんが、のんびりできる、お風呂です。

温泉街の上の方、ドンズマリにある露天風呂。ロッカーもしっかり完備され、清潔な風呂です。熱め・ぬるめと別れている湯船があり大きさも充分。お湯はもちろんすぐ前の源泉からのかけ流しで、リラックスできます。野趣あふれる露店風呂で、是非ゆっくりされてはいかがでしょう。満足できました。
伊香保温泉の源泉に一番近い、露天風呂

伊香保温泉の源泉湧出口の近くにある、露天風呂。昔から子宝の湯として親しまれているとのこと。うす緑色の濁り湯で、ややぬるめ。浴槽は2つに区切られていて、源泉が投入されている方がやや熱めです。浴槽横に脱衣所があり、雰囲気のいい露天風呂です。
