Kuroshio Kobo
At the Kuroshio Kobo you can enjoy a workshop learning how to cure freshly caught fish, and to straw-braise bonito, a local delicacy. One can try their hand at shaving and packing the bonito in the beginner’s course, while the intermediate course challenges one from filleting a whole bonito through to the packing method. At the food court, you can enjoy all the local dishes prepared from Central Tosa products.

- Really good food!
- This little restaurant was just besides our ryokan-onsen. They make delicious bonito tataki. Most of the other food that we tried was also good! I would recommend the tataki. Not a word of English...

- 黒潮本陣に隣接した体験型施設とおみやげ屋です。予約すれば、鰹のタタキ体験もできます。小高い丘に位置するので、土佐湾を一望できます。
