Marine Oasis Hakata is a tourist-oriented shop located within the Hakata Park roadside station rest area, located on the Shimanami Kaido highway that links Ehime Prefecture with Hiroshima Prefecture. Marine Oasis Hakata sells locally-grown vegetables and other local specialty products. There is also a restaurant, with a menu featuring Ehime’s famous Jakoten (fried fish paste), as well as Shio Ramen noodles, Shio onigiri rice-balls etc. made using Hakata Island’s renowned Hakata Salt. Hakata Salt Soft-serve Ice Cream has a unique flavor, and is very popular with tourists.

伯方大橋を渡ったそぐそばにある大きな道の駅。広大な敷地に
駐車場はもとより、サイクリスト用の自転車スタンドも沢山設置されており、景色も綺麗。ここでは塩ラーメンと屋外にある
伯方の塩ソフト&塩アイスがお勧めです。

昨年5月にサイクリングに行きここで休憩しました。昔からこの島の塩はとても有名だと知られています。愛媛みかんジュースを飲みました。

しまなみ海道サイクリング の途中の拠点。外の出店で、伯方の塩ソフト、伯方の塩ラーメンが味わえます。雰囲気もプラスするのか、とても美味しく感じます。

          Stretched across the northwest corner of Shikoku island, Ehime is a nature-rich prefecture boasting beautiful coastlines and a rural center where mountains play host to 26 of the Buddhist temples that make up the Shikoku Pilgrimage.
