手打ち感満載でしっかりしたコシあるうどんが楽しめます。出汁2種類選択できますが、濃口は少し甘さが際立つので薄口の方がサッパリして美味しいですね。讃岐食ってる感じはたっぷりで、次回来た時も寄りたい一件ですね。
硬めでこしの強いうどん

高松市から善通寺に行く途中の道路沿いにある当店でうどんを食べました。釜揚げやざるが好きなので釜揚げうどん（大）と20ｃｍ以上あるアスパラの天ぷらを注文しました。麺がかなり硬めで、太くコシの強いうどんでした。個人的には少しこしが強すぎると感じました。駐車場が広く、店内も広いため、ゆっくり食べることができました。

冷やぶっかけをオーダーして香川のブランドアスパラ「さぬきのめざめ」の天ぷらを一緒に頂きました。麺のコシが強過ぎる感じでゴリゴリだったので次はカケを頼んでみたいです。
