This bakery is said to be the founder of Kochi’s famous “Hat Bread,” located in Eikokuji Town, Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture. This bread was first made in 1955, has a castella cake dough on the top that looks like a hat. The store offers a range of breads ranging from classic breads to flavored breads and sweet breads that can be served as snacks. In the cafe space, you can eat bread bought in the shop and morning and lunch sets are also served.

帽子パン以外も美味しい。

高知市の住宅街にあるパン屋さん、リンベルです。帽子パン発祥で有名なパン屋です。店内は沢山の種類のパンや洋菓子、サンドイッチが並んでおり目移りします。結局色々買い込みましたが、帽子パン以外も美味しくリーズナブルでした。

上のクッキー生地と下のパン生地のバランスがとても良い。パン生地のキメも細かく、パサつきもない。甘さ控えめで、美味しい。日にちがたっても（２日目）、上の生地がベタつくことがないのも、良い。

桃鉄で憧れたあの「ぼうしパン」が買えるお店。いい感じで地元の人に重宝されていることがお店の雰囲気で伝わってきました。ぼうしパンも想像どおり素朴でおいしかったです。
