Complex Facility / Commercial Facility

This 13-floor commercial complex is located at the entrance to the Okaido Shopping Street in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. It was built on the site of the “Laforet Harajuku Matsuyama” store that closed in 2008. The lower floors are a commercial zone featuring the flagship boutique for the overseas brand “PARIGOT” as well as restaurants, cafes, bookstores, and more. You’ll find many new types of stores and shops that are the first of their kind in Shikoku, all aimed primarily at tasteful adults in their 30s. The third and fourth floors are wedding venues, and the fifth floor and above are hotel space.

          Ehime Main Areas

Stretched across the northwest corner of Shikoku island, Ehime is a nature-rich prefecture boasting beautiful coastlines and a rural center where mountains play host to 26 of the Buddhist temples that make up the Shikoku Pilgrimage. Matsuyama is home to an original post-feudal castle as well as Dogo Onsen, one of the country’s oldest natural hot springs. The northern city of Imabari marks the entrance to the Shimano Kaido, a road that crosses six spectacular bridges and several islands, forming a route between Shikoku and mainland Honshu.
