Nagata in Kanoka is a well-known kamaage udon (noodles straight from the pot) restaurant located about 10 minutes on foot from JR Konzoji Station. The restaurant also shows films reflecting udon noodles of Kagawa Prefecture. The kamaage udon noodles with their smooth, chewy texture made with a strong broth go together perfectly with the dipping sauce flavored with dried young sardine. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of side dishes such as takikomi-gohan (boiled rice seasoned with soy sauce and mixed with meat or seafood and savory vegetables) and ohagi (rice balls coated with sweetened red beans, soybean flour or sesame). The spacious restaurant also has seating at the counter making it easy for people by themselves to stop by for something to eat.

釜揚げうどんの概念がかわる位美味しい。高速インター降りてから比較的に近いところにあるお店。何度か伺いましたが、いつも行列で、子供が小さいため断念。今回は平日休みで、朝早くに出動。流石に空いていました。麺とダシでこんなに釜揚げうどんが美味しくなるのかとびっくり！おかわりで再度行列に並びました。子供も4歳ですが、ペロリと一人前食べました。

安心安定に釜揚げリーディングです。出汁と茹で具合抜群で小麦こ香り漂ううどんは舌にも心地よくお腹にも優しい最高の一杯です。丸亀に来れば必ずお邪魔したい一件です。小でも十分満足です。出汁だけでも最後に楽しめます。
