Ginrin-tei is a restaurant located in the Shirousagi roadside station, which faces the Hakuto Coast on San’in Road in the Hakuto district of Tottori City. Ginrin-tei serves seafood rice bowl and sashimi set meals made using seafood sourced locally in the San’in region, as well as squid sugatazukuri (seafood prepared so that it resembles the original, natural state of the creature), seafood banquets, and Usagi Sandan Tobi Don, a dish inspired by the legend of the White Hare of Inaba. In summer, diners can enjoy a range of dishes made using seasonal San’in fish and seafood, including White Squid Sugatazukuri and Iwa-gaki Oysters, etc.

道の駅にありがちなフードコート的なお店ではなくしっかりとしたお店なので期待も高まります。

頼んだのはイカの定食と活アジの定食。
活アジは日替わりらしくいつもあるわけではないようですがピクピクとするほどの新鮮なアジ。
イカも口の中でとろけるような甘さがある新鮮なイカ。
これぞ海鮮というものを日本海を目前にお手頃価格で楽しめます

カワハギのおつくり、白いか、猛者エビなど地元の食材を堪能することができました。窓側の席は景色も楽しむことができます。定食メニューもあり、おすすめです。

鳥取の郷土料理が食べられるお店です。道の駅の中に入っており、令和元年5月1日に行きましたが、大変混雑しておりました。
