Rokai Boat is a sightseeing boat powered by hand which takes tourists to see the floating Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima Town, Hatsukaichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. The boat leaves every 30 minutes or so only during the day at high tide. Boat trips last for approximately 20 minutes. In the time of the shogun, Taira no Kiyomori, it is said that it was proper for a visit to the shrine be made by boat. It is still possible to relive the experience of passing beneath the great torii gate as it would have been at the time. Photos can be taken of the torii gate and Itsukushima Shrine from the boat. Tourists can enjoy the scenery of Miyajima, a world heritage site, while listening to the gently lapping waves and guided commentary. Boats do not depart at low tide.

ろかい舟で厳島神社や大鳥居に大接近しました！特別感あるので絶対にオススメです！櫓という道具を使って進むので、とても静かで伝統的な雰囲気でした！

ちょうど満潮だったので乗りました。石の鳥居近くの海岸に「ろかい舟」の幟が立っているので見つけやすいと思います。大人平日¥800、土日祝¥1,000で乗舟時間は20分間。船頭さんとガイドさんが乗船します。帽子が必要な方は万が一飛ばされないように、無料貸し出しの紐付笠を被りましょう。同乗した皆さんと海上から参拝。ろかい舟に乗っての参拝は、昔ながらの参拝方法だそうです。鳥居をくぐり、海に...

英語で活用しましたが、とっても使いやすかったです！ちゃんと翻訳もしてくれて、割とスムーズに英語圏の方とコミュニケーションを取ることができました！音声翻訳も充実していて、英語の勉強にもvoicetraは活用できると思います！ただ、フランス語やドイツ語などの音声はまだ準備ができていないようなので、この部分を強化すれば海外でも難なく活用できると思います。
