Tomizushi Niigata Station Branch located one minute’s walk from Niigata Station is a sushi restaurant. It uses fresh seasonal local fish from shores of the Japan Sea, and offers sushi using special sushi rice made from rice produced in Niigata Prefecture mixed with rice vinegar as well as premium nori seaweed. It has counter seating, booth seating, and small Japanese-style area as well as a banquet room which can accommodate up to 20 people. It can be used for various purposes including takeaway.
