Sushi

Kotobukizushi Kameda Branch, located on Prefectural Route 16, seven minutes’ walk from Kameda Station, is a sushi-go-round restaurant. Its artisans clean fresh fish, mainly purchased through auction at Niigata City Central Wholesale Market very early in the morning, and carefully form each piece of sushi with Niigata rice blended exclusively for sushi. From around 6:30 every Saturday evening, it holds a filleting performance with fresh Pacific Bluefin tuna directly delivered from a fishing port.
